The turnout was great having 102 registered players. Over $35,000 in prize monies was paid out in 9 events, in 4 days

 

            All events were played on 8 great boards, using Federation wax and spray. All events started on time thanks to a great staff, and most completed that night, with the exception of a couple of finals that had to be completed the next morning.

 

            Danny’s provided complimentary sodas, coffee, and water, under the tent, to all participants. A complimentary lunch was also provided daily to all players. They say the food alone was worth the trip.

 

            As always a successful tournament can only be accomplished by the great help and contributions of a great staff. Many thanks to all who donated there time and expertise including;

It was a great tournament, thanks to all the players who participated, especially all the "Outer Town-ers" who traveled the old cattle trails to get heir-in Houston. Hope to see you all again next year.
